The location here is amazing, just a short walk from Walk of Climb, and the restaurant is fantastic with a new menu daily featuring delicious dishes.

I booked it many times and recommend. The weather was sunny, had a really nice stay by my last visit. The hotel was in an excellent and absolutely perfect location adjacent to Zermatt. The center, ski bus stop, main shopping street, train station, and...  

Breakfasts were fantastic, and I felt very comfortable.

Had quite comfortable stay for 4 nights and the weather was warm sunny. I liked the historic-style building, spotlessly clean and panoramic room with georgeous view of the matterhorn. The staff were pleasant and amazingly kind hole...  

Our room was spotlessly clean and panoramic equipped with decent size balcony, excellent view of Zermatt plus all the facilities, felt very comfortable! The food in the restaurant was exceptional.

Clean and wonderful place with very welcoming and pleasant staff in service and reception. What a marvellous location close to everything! Based not far from the restaurant for breakfast, Matterhorn and great skiing, good food with amazing service and care.

The restaurant had lots of exceptional meals for breakfast. The location turned out to be great and beautiful, adjacent to supermarket and Klein Matterhorn. Found a place called Restaurant Schaferstube, set right by the hotel, ate there a few times.

Some of the staff were very rude.

The rooms with balconies offer an excellent view, and there's great value here; the restaurant serves exceptional food for an incredible breakfast with pleasant piano music in the background.

Great and lovely location, a couple of blocks away from Stellisee. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini fridge bar, and coffee/tea makers in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Nice design, fantastic service in the entire hotel.

We were amazed by the stunning view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. The room was spacious and clean, with a cozy sofa bed and a balcony that allowed us to take in the breathtaking scenery. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The facilities, including the pool, Jacuzzi, and steam room, were top-notch and provided the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. The communication with the staff was pleasant, and they were always helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Zermatt.

Our room was simply sensational! It was in the new wing, and had the most incredible attention to detail - 2 wardrobes, with separate luggage stands, a huge ensuite, with separate toilet, huge shower, and a separate bath. The shower rose was one of the largest I have seen, and simply a joy to have a shower in. Heated towel rails, a Saeco coffee machine, and a large, blissfully comfortable bed. Breakfast was fabulous, and included in the price. The whole hotel was beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly, and Tanja at reception was a joy to deal with. The hotel was perfectly positioned, and we loved the complimentary transfers to and from the station. We can't wait to go back, so if you are considering this hotel, do yourself a favour and book it - it is amazing!

Very difficult to find anything to improve on, but perhaps an extra pillow each, and instructions for the coffe machine. Fabulous in spite of this!

I recently stayed at the Parkhotel Beau Site for a short visit and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options available. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony and a beautiful view of the surroundings. The hotel had a relaxing ambiance and the spa facilities were top-notch. the Parkhotel Beau Site provided a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it.

I strongly recommend this hotel.
